This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we collect, use and protect personal data.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that websites may store on your device when you visit them.

Cookies and similar technologies can be used to enable website functionality, remember preferences, maintain security, understand how visitors use a website and provide or display third-party content.

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while others may remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them.

The cookies and technologies actually used may change as our website and services evolve.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will only be activated in accordance with your consent choices.

3. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES

Depending on the services enabled on the website, we may use the following categories.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies or similar technologies are required for essential website functionality, security or technical operation.

Because they are necessary for the website to operate or provide a service requested by the user, they may not require consent where permitted by applicable law.

Functional Cookies

Functional technologies may remember choices such as language settings or other preferences and may enable additional website functionality.

Depending on the technology and applicable requirements, some functional technologies may require your consent.

Analytics Cookies

Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited, how visitors navigate through the website and how the website performs.

Where required by law, analytics cookies will not be activated unless you provide the relevant consent.

Third-Party and Embedded Content Technologies

Some pages may contain services or content supplied by third parties, such as maps or embedded videos.

These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical information when their content is loaded or when you interact with it.

Where required, such content may be blocked until you provide the relevant consent.

4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Where enabled, MOBILFILM may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, usage and performance.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as:

_ga
Used to distinguish users.

ga<container-id>
Used to maintain session state.

The default expiration period for these Google Analytics cookies may be up to two years, although the actual duration can vary depending on our configuration, browser restrictions, your consent choices and subsequent visits.

Google Analytics may process information including:

interactions with the website;
session information;
approximate geographic information;
browser and device information;
information about pages viewed and website usage.

Where required by applicable law, Google Analytics storage will be controlled according to your consent choices.

We do not intentionally send information entered into our contact forms, such as your name or email address, to Google Analytics as analytics data.

5. GOOGLE MAPS

Where used, our website may include Google Maps to display locations or geographic information.

Loading or interacting with Google Maps may result in Google processing information such as your IP address, browser or device information and information relating to your interaction with the map.

Google Maps may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with the service.

Where required by applicable law, Google Maps or associated non-essential technologies may be prevented from loading until you provide the relevant consent.

6. YOUTUBE

Our website may contain videos embedded from YouTube.

When possible, MOBILFILM may use YouTube’s Privacy-Enhanced Mode for embedded videos.

When a YouTube video is loaded or played, Google and YouTube may process technical information and information relating to your interaction with the video.

Depending on the configuration, YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies when embedded content is loaded or when you interact with it.

Where required by applicable law, embedded YouTube content may be blocked until you provide the relevant consent.

7. WEBSITE FUNCTIONALITY AND LANGUAGE PREFERENCES

Our website uses WordPress and related technologies to provide its functionality.

The website is available in multiple languages. Technical storage or similar technologies may be used where necessary to support language selection, website preferences, security or other essential functionality.

Not every technical storage mechanism is necessarily a cookie, and the technologies used may change as the website is updated.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party services integrated into our website may set or access their own cookies or similar technologies.

These third parties determine how information collected through their technologies is processed in accordance with their own privacy and cookie documentation.

Depending on the website configuration, relevant third parties may include services provided by Google, including Google Analytics, Google Maps and YouTube.

We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie information provided by the relevant third-party service.

9. YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

Where our website uses technologies that require consent, you will be given the opportunity to make choices through our cookie consent interface.

Depending on the technologies enabled on the website, you may be able to:

accept optional cookies;
reject optional cookies;
choose particular categories of cookies;
change or withdraw your consent later.

Rejecting optional cookies should not prevent you from accessing the essential content of the website, although certain optional functionality, such as embedded maps, videos or analytics-based features, may be limited or unavailable.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

10. MANAGING COOKIES THROUGH YOUR BROWSER

Most web browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies through their settings.

You can usually configure your browser to:

delete existing cookies;
block all cookies;
block third-party cookies;
receive a warning before a cookie is stored;
clear cookies when the browser is closed.

Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some websites.

Browser settings are controlled by the browser provider and may change over time.

11. COOKIE DURATION

Cookies may be either:

Session cookies — generally deleted when you close your browser.

Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a defined period or until they are manually deleted.

The duration of individual cookies depends on their purpose, provider, configuration, browser restrictions and your consent choices.

Where we use a cookie consent management solution, the current cookie categories and available choices should be reflected in the consent interface.

12. CHANGES TO THE COOKIES WE USE

The technologies used on mobilfilm.ro may change as we develop or update the website.

For example, we may introduce, remove or reconfigure analytics tools, embedded content or other website functionality.

We will update this Cookie Policy where appropriate to reflect material changes to our use of cookies and similar technologies.
